Grace au travail de s\u00e9lection de ses \u00e9leveurs, le Poule Soie club de France a \u00e9galement obtenu son homologation en 2017. D\u00e8s la naissance, les poussins Poule Soie chocolat sont identifiables gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la teinte de leur duvet \u00ab&nbsp;chocolat&nbsp;\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le g\u00e8ne \u00ab&nbsp;Cho&nbsp;\u00bb a tendance \u00e0 d\u00e9colorer aussi la peau, les yeux et le bec qui seront donc marron\/chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vari\u00e9t\u00e9 coucou est de la m\u00eame famille g\u00e9n\u00e9tique que le noir. Elle est obtenue gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019action du g\u00e8ne barr\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;B&nbsp;\u00bb sur le noir. Ce g\u00e8ne \u00ab&nbsp;B&nbsp;\u00bb bloque la pigmentation de la plume par intermittence au fur et \u00e0 mesure qu\u2019elle pousse formant ainsi les barrures. Ces barrures couvrent la totalit\u00e9 du plumage, ainsi que le duvet du coq et de la poule. (Dessin coucou avec alternance de barres brunes et gris clair). On peut aussi les identifier gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la petite tache blanche qu\u2019ils portent sur la nuque.
